Best One Piece Card Game Decks — June 2026 Meta Breakdown (OP15 to OP16)
The One Piece Card Game has entered its most exciting format yet. OP-15 was defined by two powerhouse leaders, and OP-16 The Time of Battle (English release June 12, 2026) introduces the Marineford arc with six new leaders and an entirely new mechanic. Here is everything you need to know.
OP15 Meta: The Two-Deck Format
S-Tier: Purple Enel (OP15-058)
Meta share: 44.82% | Win rate: 61.2%
Purple Enel is the dominant force of OP15. The leader starts with only 6 DON!! cards instead of the standard 10 — but from turn 2 can generate up to 5 DON!! in a single turn (1 active + 4 rested) via the Skypiea-themed support package. This creates explosive tempo swings no other leader can match.
Key Enel Engine Cards
- OP15-118 Enel — 10,000 power, immune to removal when 6 or fewer DON!! on field
- OP15-071 Holly — gives Double Attack to all Ohm units
- OP15-078 Mamaragan — Event: +1000 power + draw, OR rest opponent\'s Blocker
- OP12-071 Charlotte Pudding — searcher for Sanji or Events
- Vassal package: OP15-061 Ohm, OP15-063 Gedatsu, OP15-066 Satori, OP15-067 Shura
S-Tier: Blue/Yellow Nami (OP11-041)
Meta share: 21.06% | Win rate: 57.3% — highest in format | 38 tournament wins
Nami is the most tournament-successful leader in OP15 history. While Enel has the larger meta share, Nami converts at the highest rate — making her the safest Regional pick by raw data. She also has the least coin-flip dependency of any top leader (only 1.2 point gap between going first and second).
Core cards: EB03-053, EB03-055 (both 100% inclusion rate in Nami lists), P-096 Tournament Winner Promo Nami (97.37% inclusion), EB04-058, OP13-042
Luigi Amato is the standout pilot for Nami, with multiple Regional top finishes throughout the season.
